She's so pretty. 

Start with an ordinary $5 plastic skull. 

Add some toilet paper, spray adhesive and a 6/$2 Spirit eyeball. 

I tried using spray paint to color the tissue, but it didn't come out right.  Dry-brushing stain makes it look uneven in these pictures, but I think that's the light reflecting off of the spray paint.  Real life looks better, and it's not even done. 

Here is a close up of the almost completed head.  The lighting isn't the best to see the eye, and she doesn't have hair or makeup on yet.  She's almost done.
